Yoga

Is a mix of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
Kettlebells
It's a fantastic whole body workout for anyone who doesn’t have a lot of time and wants to get maximum results, in the form of fat loss and stamina, in minimum time. There is no better way to get fit and burn fat than a kettlebell workout.
Pump It Up
Is a resistance workout training, a barbell class that will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body. Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you’ll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning.
Cardio Combat
Is an empowering energetic cardio workout inspired by martial arts. Drawing from a wide array of disciplines and supported by driving music, you strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.
Cardio Interval Training
Is a high energy ultimate cardio workout. Challenging but fun and friendly, including fitness games, core stability, circuit training, kickboxing and resistance group training.
