Akasha Gym. Run by husband and wife team, Debbie and Daimon Peachey, who offer a wealth of experience.
Debbie has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years teaching yoga and fitness classes. Daimon is a black belt in kickboxing and has been bodybuilding for over 20 years. Together they offer a wide range of expertise to suit a multitude of client needs.
At Akasha you will not be left to your own devices. Staff are there to help you plan your workout and show you how each piece of equipment works. They will tell you how the equipment is working your muscle groups and how to make you stronger, leaner and in better shape. They don't offer this the first time you come through the door, this guidance is ongoing, so you feel motivated and confident everytime you visit.
If you prefer fitness classes, Akasha keeps their fitness classes small, with an average of just 10 people, to enable quality instruction. The timetable is kept fresh and classes are up to date with modern styles and themes. One of the latest classes proving to be very popular is kettlebell training session. Kettlebell training helps you lose inches fast without spending hours in the gym.

The Gym..
We have a fully equipped gym for the use of our members as well as Personal Training Clients.
Equipment includes cardiovascular machines, free weights, Kettlebells and Iso Lever Resistance machines.
